We're looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator who can keep projects moving, ensure teams stay aligned, and help deliver exceptional client experiences.
What You'll Do
As a Project Coordinator, you'll work directly with the founder, development team, designers and QA to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Track project progress, milestones, and deadlines.
- Conduct daily stand-ups and follow up on pending tasks.
- Maintain project boards using Jira, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- Identify blockers and proactively drive resolution.
- Coordinate between developers, designers, QA, and clients.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action items.
- Create weekly project status reports for internal teams and clients.
- Ensure project documentation remains accurate and up to date.
- Assist in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
- Escalate risks and timeline concerns before they impact delivery.
- Help improve internal project management processes.
RequirementsMust Have
- 1-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Executive, or similar role in a software company.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Experience working with Agile or Scrum teams.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating AI, SaaS, or software development projects.
- Technical understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Familiarity with Notion, Slack, GitHub, or Linear.
- Basic understanding of QA processes.
- Experience working with international clients.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
