Job description:
Mobilizer – NIIT Foundation
- Role: Community outreach and student enrollment.
- Key Tasks:
- Mobilize and counsel youth for skill development programs.
- Conduct door-to-door awareness and organize community activities.
- Ensure student attendance and participation.
- Build relationships with local leaders, schools, NGOs, and employers.
- Support trainers and track student progress.
- Skills Needed: Good communication (English & local language), MS Office, relationship-building.
- Work Mode: Field-based, full-time
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
