Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinating travel, accommodation, and other logistics.
- Scheduling and organizing the meetings.
- Maintaining confidential files, records, and reports.
- Ensuring proper documentation & filing
- Serve as a liaison between the Senior Management & Department HOD / Employees / External
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and executive communications.
- Action items follow up
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 2yrs. of proven experience as an Assistant, preferably supporting top level executives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
