Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR & Digital Marketing Executive who can efficiently manage human resource activities along with digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and creative skills to support recruitment, employee engagement, and the company's online presence.
Key Responsibilities : Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding, etc.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, HR documentation, etc.
- Coordinate employee engagement and training activities, etc.
- Support payroll, HR policies, and compliance-related tasks, etc.
- Handle employee queries and assist in day-to-day HR operations, etc.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, SOP preparation, etc.
Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content, etc.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, etc.
- Design basic promotional creatives using Canva or similar tools, etc.
- Update company website and online business profiles, etc.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports, etc.
- Coordinate with internal teams for branding and promotional activities, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in HR and/or Digital Marketing.
- Freshers with relevant internships and strong skills are welcome.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Social media marketing and content creation.
- Basic graphic design (Canva) and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
