About the Role
Gmaathaki Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for UK & USA customers.
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Neutral English accent with minimal Mother Tongue Influence (MTI).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in UK (Mid Shift) and USA (Night Shift).
Eligibility
- Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in International Voice Process/BPO will be preferred.
- Age: 18 years and above.
