Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counselling to students for academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns.
- Identify students requiring additional support and develop intervention plans.
- Conduct assessments and maintain confidential counselling records.
- Work closely with teachers to identify learning, behavioral, or emotional challenges affecting student performance.
- Partner with parents to address student concerns and recommend appropriate support strategies.
- Design and conduct workshops on life skills, stress management, emotional well-being, resilience, bullying prevention, cyber safety, and mental health awareness.
- Support students during transitions, examinations, and other challenging phases of their academic journey.
- Provide career guidance, subject selection support, and higher education counselling where applicable.
- Develop Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for students requiring specialized interventions.
- Coordinate with external psychologists, therapists, and healthcare professionals when referrals are required.
- Assist in crisis intervention and safeguarding initiatives, ensuring student welfare and protection.
- Promote an inclusive and positive school culture through awareness campaigns and well-being initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical counselling practices and school policies.
- Prepare counselling reports, maintain documentation, and provide periodic updates to school leadership.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
