Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive – HR to support statutory compliance activities. The candidate will be responsible for EPF UAN creation, ESIC IP registration, statutory data management, and coordinating with government departments whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and activate UAN for eligible employees.
- Register IP and maintain employee records on the ESIC portal.
- Verify employee KYC documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, and other statutory records.
- Assist in EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and compliance documentation.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams for required compliance inputs.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with government departments such as EPFO, ESIC, Labour Department, and other statutory authorities when required.
- Perform occasional field visits for document submission, inspections, compliance follow-ups, and official meetings.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned compliance tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of EPF and ESIC processes.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for occasional field work.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
