Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to promote and assist customers with various loan products, including Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, Mortgage Loans, Vehicle Loans, and Loan Against Property. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, and coordinating with customers throughout the loan application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain loan products.
- Generate and qualify leads for different loan categories.
- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Follow up with interested customers regarding documentation and application status.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the sales and processing teams for smooth loan disbursement.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information regarding loan eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Basic knowledge of loan products and banking procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under target-based environments.
Qualification
- PUC / Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, banking, finance, or loan sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
