Job Summary
The IT Support Executive is responsible for providing technical support to users, maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting ERP applications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Support users in JJ Tech and other ERP/business software by resolving basic operational issues and coordinating with vendors when required.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, and internet connectivity issues.
- Install and configure new computers, peripherals, and user accounts.
- Monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and software license records.
- Perform regular system backups and assist in data recovery when required.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, software updates, and AMC services.
- Ensure antivirus, security patches, and system updates are applied regularly.
- Assist in LAN, Wi-Fi, printer, and CCTV support as required.
- Prepare and maintain IT documentation, service reports, and issue logs.
- Train employees on basic system usage and IT best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with JJ Tech or similar ERP applications.
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
- Knowledge of Active Directory, user management, and printer configuration.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Good communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and documentation.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), Diploma in Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Help Desk operations.
- Experience supporting ERP applications such as JJ Tech or similar business software is preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing, poultry, or commercial business environment is an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
