Brand Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Brand Manager to join our team and lead the
branding efforts for our healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding
of the healthcare industry, strong strategic thinking skills, and a passion for creating impactful
brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
● Brand Strategy:
○ Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with client
business objectives and target audience needs.
○ Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and
competitive landscapes within the healthcare industry.
○ Develop and maintain strong brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all
marketing materials and channels.
● Brand Positioning:
○ Define and articulate a compelling brand positioning that differentiates our clients
in the market.
○ Develop strong brand messaging and key messaging points to communicate the
brand's unique value proposition.
● Content Marketing:
○ Oversee the development and execution of content marketing strategies,
including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and case studies.
○ Collaborate with content writers and designers to create high-quality, engaging
content that resonates with the target audience.
● SEO:
○ Work closely with the SEO team to optimize brand content for search engines,
improving organic visibility and driving website traffic.
○ Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics to identify opportunities for
improvement.
● Campaign Management:
○ Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels,
including digital, social media, and print.
○ Track and measure campaign performance, analyzing key metrics to optimize
future efforts.
● Team Management:
○ Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and
support to ensure project success.
○ Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation
and teamwork.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or a related field
● Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the healthcare
industry
● Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory and compliance
requirements
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
● Strong project management skills and attention to detail
● Proficiency in content management systems and marketing automation tools
● Experience with SEO best practices and analytics tools
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● A passion for creating innovative and impactful brand experiences
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
