Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can manage apartment/villa interiors, site coordination, furnishing setup, and design execution across multiple properties within the city.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit apartments, villas, and managed living spaces for interior planning
- Coordinate furnishing, décor, and layout execution
- Work with vendors, carpenters, painters, and site teams
- Ensure proper utilization of space and aesthetic design standards
- Suggest modern and functional interior concepts
- Monitor project timelines and maintain quality standards
- Coordinate with operations team for apartment readiness
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in Interior Designing
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, or other design tools
- Good understanding of residential interiors & space planning
- Comfortable traveling within the city for site visits
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication & coordination skills
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in residential/apartment interior projects preferred
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Passionate about modern living space aesthetics
