Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kadavur, Madurai Natham Road for a South and North Indian Tandoori Chef. The role involves a specialized culinary professional expert in traditional clay-oven cooking, complex spice blending, and authentic regional recipes. This dual-specialization requires a deep understanding of distinct culinary traditions, ranging from the slow-cooked, rich gravies of North India to the fermenting techniques and coconut-infused flavors of South India.
