Summary:
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM professional with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in CRM development, integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise application support. The role involves working closely with business users, understanding requirements, developing scalable solutions, and ensuring optimal system performance.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE customization, configuration, entities, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and business process flows.
- Strong development experience using C#, .NET, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, JavaScript, Ribbon Workbench, and CRM SDK.
- Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with external applications using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or other integration technologies.
- Good knowledge of SQL Server, FetchXML, Dataverse, data migration, troubleshooting, and CRM performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related automation solutions.
