We are looking for a hands-on Engineer to independently manage complete production operations for wire drawing and OTF scrubber manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete production planning and daily production targets.
- Manage machines, operators and factory labour.
- Ensure maximum machine efficiency and minimum downtime.
- Plan preventive maintenance and handle breakdowns.
- Identify and implement machine/process improvements.
- Reduce wastage, rejection and production costs.
- Improve machine output and labour productivity.
- Manage production quality and timely order completion.
- Prepare daily production and machine performance reports.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
