Role: HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) – Off Role
Industry: Turbine blade manufacturing unit
Who Should Apply?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the wind industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in other project-based industries
- Strong knowledge of safety compliance, Permit-to-Work (PTW), and site operations
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct safety inspections and identify risks Ensure compliance with HSE policies and statutory regulations
- Verify Permit-to-Work (PTW) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Monitor critical activities like WAH, lifting, hot work, confined spaces, electrical work
- Enforce PPE usage and safety standards
- Stop unsafe work when required
- Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Support incident reporting and emergency drills
- Maintain safety records and escalate non-compliance
