Key Responsibilities:
- Train & Mentor: Deliver engaging, practical, and comprehensive training in Graphic Design to students.
- Curriculum & Guidance: Guide students through real-world projects, portfolio development, and career preparation.
- Creative Execution: Handle internal design requirements and live industry-level projects to showcase practical execution.
- Evaluation: Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure they meet industry readiness standards.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience: Proven track record as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio. Prior teaching or mentoring experience is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge in industry-standard tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with, inspire, and manage students effectively.
- Vibrant Personality: A proactive, energetic, and highly knowledgeable individual who thrives in a creative learning environment.
