Job Summary
We are looking for a competent Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in fabrication and structural projects. The role involves supporting design, project execution, and tender-related activities, along with contributing to business development through order generation and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Engineering
- Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD
- Provide technical inputs for fabrication and structural components
- Assist in basic structural analysis as per project requirements
2. Project Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Support planning and monitoring of engineering activities
- Ensure work is aligned with project specifications and timelines
3. Tendering & Business Support
- Participate in order bidding and tender-related activities
- Assist in preparing technical documents and proposals
- Support in identifying and securing new business opportunities
4. Domain-Specific Work
- Work on projects related to substations and renewable energy (RE)
- Apply technical knowledge to ensure quality and compliance
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in fabrication / structural projects
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Good knowledge of fabrication processes
- Basic understanding of structural analysis
- Familiarity with substation and renewable energy projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email drafting
Key Competencies
- Good communication skills in English
- Problem-solving and analytical ability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
