About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Hospitality Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of a professionally managed Guest House/Airbnb property in Gwalior. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hospitality operations, guest services, and property management with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Guest House/Airbnb property.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Manage Airbnb and other online booking platforms.
- Respond to guest inquiries and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate housekeeping activities and ensure rooms are clean and guest-ready.
- Monitor linen, laundry, toiletries, and guest amenities.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
- Manage inventory and procure operational supplies as required.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and maintain high online ratings.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly occupancy and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, hygiene protocols, and Airbnb guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- 2–3 years of experience in hotel, resort, guest house, homestay, or Airbnb operations.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Candidates based in Gwalior or willing to relocate will be preferred.
