We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and field-driven professional to join our team in Delhi. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates from Delhi University or women looking to restart their careers, who are eager to build hands-on experience in field operations, stakeholder engagement, and program implementation.
This role requires individuals who are comfortable with daily field visits across Delhi, including schools and partner organizations, and can manage on-ground coordination with confidence and professionalism.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will be based in Delhi and will undergo structured onboarding and training on the organization’s digital platform and program processes. The role focuses on supporting Special Educators (SEs), strengthening coordination across stakeholders, and ensuring smooth and timely execution of field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and extensive field visits across Delhi to schools and partner organizations
- Learn and effectively use the organization’s digital platform and tools
- Train and support Special Educators (SEs) on application usage and workflows
- Maintain consistent communication with SEs and stakeholders for smooth coordination
- Address basic field-level challenges with a solution-oriented approach
- Ensure timely implementation of project activities on the ground
- Maintain accurate records, updates, and coordination reports
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery

Eligibility & Requirements
- Open to recent graduates from Delhi University (any discipline)
- Women restarting their careers are strongly encouraged to apply
- Comfortable with daily travel across Delhi and occasional travel in the surrounding areas of Delhi, for field work
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Basic communication and coordination skills
- Must own a laptop and smartphone with stable internet connectivity
- Two-wheeler is preferred for local travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
