Your Role:
Drive international sales growth across Latin America and other regions. Manage distributor networks, generate leads, close strategic deals, and ensure regulatory compliance. Represent Gesco at trade shows and conferences, and support digital sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Spine, Ortho & CMF products across LATAM & other regions.
● Expand product reach, achieve monthly sales targets, and optimize performance based on market insights.
● Manage the end-to-end sales process: quotations, order conversion, invoicing, stock checks, shipment, and delivery.
● Build and maintain relationships with distributors, doctors, healthcare professionals, and partners.
● Onboard and support distributors, ensuring compliance with documentation and partnership protocols.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners in the region.
● Source leads from exhibitions, conferences, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
● Engage prospects through professional emails, WhatsApp, and calls, nurture relationships to close deals.
● Identify potential distribution partners and assist with documentation and onboarding.
● Liaise with regulatory affairs companies for product registration in each target country.
● Prepare and manage NDAs, distributor agreements, partnership contracts, and along with all required administrative documentation.
● Coordinate with internal regulatory teams to ensure compliance with regional regulations and documentation requirements.
● Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities using ZOHO CRM and Excel.
● Track lead progress, conversion rates, and sales pipeline. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
● Use Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to support reporting and data analysis.
● Collaborate with digital marketing teams on social media content, SEO, and blogs.
● Assist with website and LinkedIn updates for product launches and events.
● Identify, register, and plan participation in relevant medical conferences and global events.
● Manage booth registration, design, material preparation, logistics, and shipments.
● Represent Gesco Healthcare at trade shows and exhibitions; coordinate with committees and internal teams to ensure successful participation.
● Support digital sales on platforms like Alibaba, eBay, and other B2B websites.
What We’re Looking For:
● 5–8 years in international sales, preferably medical devices/orthopedic/spinal.
● Strong knowledge of LATAM markets & other regions.
● Proficiency in ZOHO CRM and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
● Fluent in English & Spanish.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Other Details:
● Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (Hybrid – mix of remote & office).
● Willingness to travel internationally.
