Job Overview
We are hiring a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring new clients, and building lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to achieve revenue targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and prepare customized business proposals.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients.
- Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate records using MS Excel/CRM tools, and provide regular sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Sales.
- Candidates with a telesales background should have team handling experience or exposure to B2B sales.
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads, convert prospects, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
