Position: Electrical Site Engineer
Location: Project Sites (PAN INDIA as per company requirement)
Experience: 3-4 Years (flexible as per project)
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Job Responsibilities
- Execution and supervision of electrical works at site as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
- Coordination with project managers, consultants, clients, and other agencies for smooth execution of work.
- Planning daily activities and monitoring site progress to ensure timely completion of work.
- Supervision of installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including:
- LT/HT panels
- Cabling & cable tray works
- Earthing & lightning protection
- Lighting, power, and small power systems
- DG sets, UPS, and allied electrical works
- Ensuring compliance with relevant IS/IEC standards, safety norms, and quality requirements.
- Preparation and verification of Measurement Books (MB), RA bills, and final bills.
- Checking materials received at site as per approved makes and specifications.
- Coordinating inspections, FAT/SAT, and testing activities with vendors and clients.
- Maintaining site records such as daily progress reports, material consumption, and manpower deployment.
- Identifying site issues and providing technical solutions to avoid delays or rework.
- Ensuring proper implementation of safety practices and toolbox talks at site.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Sound knowledge of electrical systems and site execution practices.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Basic knowledge of billing, rate analysis, and BOQ.
- Familiarity with safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic AutoCAD (preferred).
- Ability to handle contractors, supervisors, and skilled/unskilled manpower.
Preferred Experience (Optional)
- Experience in infrastructure / industrial / airport / commercial projects.
- Exposure to government or PSU projects.
- Experience in testing & commissioning activities.
