Salary: Fresher or 0-1 year experience (6 to 8 Lakh)
More than 1 year in Technical/Marketing (8 to 10 Lakh)
Skills Required:
· Candidates must have excellent Technical Knowledge, good communication skills, and proficiency in Hindi & English language
· Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & Email
· Good interpersonal skills
· Adaptable to changes.
· Good Interpersonal, Research & Record Keeping Skills.
Job Description:
· Attending to Doctors/Customers' technical calls over the phone. Products discussion with targeted customers and handling queries.
· Coordinating all CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Activities as assigned by the Company.
· Making sure the customer database is correctly recorded.
· Supporting the PMT team in achieving their objectives.
· Talking with the field team regarding Incentive promotion and product-wise achievements against targets.
· Technical Training of sales team members. Ensuring the product’s detailing for all sales team members should be perfect.
· Field working every month for 12-14 days & rest of the days at H.O with the sales team for their technical knowledge upgrade & customer interactions & Major account coverage business as per company requirement.
· Participation in activities like Vets, Para Vets & farmers' meetings.
· Participation in Symposium, Conferences, Fairs, Melas, Pashu Peth, etc., along with the field team as a Veterinary Technical person
· Other relevant tasks would be added as per the PMT Dept. needs.
Field work with VSR is generally done on their bike.
