We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Academic Counsellors to join our admissions team in Chennai.
Job Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding online degree and certification programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand students' educational background and career goals.
- Recommend suitable university programs based on individual requirements.
- Explain course features, eligibility, admission process, fee structure, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sales, counselling, and relationship-building abilities.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM software.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in EdTech, Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, BPO, Banking, Insurance, or Business Development will be an advantage.

- Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
