Job Title: Junior Field Sales Executive
Location: Ahmedabad (Covering city limits and peripheral areas)

Role Overview: We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing retail/direct customer relationships. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for demonstrating our products and closing sales on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales: Conduct door-to-door or shop-to-shop visits to promote home utility products (ladders, drying systems, safes, etc.).
- Dealer Management: Identify and onboard new hardware stores, interior showrooms, and retail partners across Ahmedabad.
- Product Demonstrations: Provide live demos to potential clients, highlighting durability and safety features.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads provided by the telecalling team to finalize orders and collect payments [Order to Payment management]
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitor activity and price points to provide feedback to the management team.
- Reporting: Maintain a daily log of visits, sales closures, and customer feedback using our reporting tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Building Materials preferred).
- Language: Must be fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for daily travel within the city.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and able to work with daily/weekly sales targets.
- Local Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with Ahmedabad’s key residential and commercial hubs (e.g., S.G. Highway, Bopal, Nikol, Ashram Road & Old City Markets).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
