Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration activities
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with employee attendance and administrative reports
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Support management with various administrative tasks
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
