Sales Assistant / Receptionist – Job Description
We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and organized Sales Assistant / Receptionist to manage front desk operations, assist clients, and support day-to-day sales coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend clients at the reception
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment bookings
- Assist in converting inquiries into sales/bookings
- Maintain client records and daily reports
- Coordinate with team members for smooth operations
- Follow up with leads, clients, and feedback requests
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk
Requirements:
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and handle customers politely
- Prior salon, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

Salary:
Based on experience + performance incentives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
