Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and understand customer requirements.
Provide accurate information about Isprava's luxury villa projects, destinations, and
offerings.
Schedule meetings and site visits for the Sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers to nurture leads.
Update and manage customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead
management.
Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the Isprava brand.
Achieve lead qualification and appointment generation targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Relations, Guest Relations,
Concierge, Luxury Hospitality, Aviation, or Premium Retail.
Experience interacting with premium clientele or high-net-worth individuals is
preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Working Days: 5 Days a week (Weekends working)
Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Location: Prabhadevi (Shuttle services available from Dadar and Wadala Station during
weekdays)
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
