Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. 3D Visualiser with expertise in residential interior and exterior visualization. The candidate should have strong skills in lighting, composition, rendering, and creating photorealistic visual outputs for architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality photorealistic renders for residential projects
- Develop interior and exterior visualization scenes
- Handle lighting, camera composition, mood setup, and rendering
- Work closely with architects and design teams to understand project requirements
- Create walkthroughs and presentation visuals for clients
- Enhance scenes with realistic materials, environments, and detailing
- Ensure timely delivery and visual quality standards across projects
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in architectural visualization workflows
- Advanced knowledge of 3ds Max, Corona, V-Ray, D5, or Unreal Engine
- Strong understanding of lighting, rendering, and post-production
- Experience in residential interior and exterior projects
- Ability to create realistic atmospheres and presentation-quality visuals
- Good understanding of composition, detailing, and architectural aesthetics
Preferred Background:
- Prior experience in real estate or architectural visualization industry
- Strong portfolio with residential interior/exterior rendering projects
- Experience in walkthrough animation and client presentation visuals
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
