The Lead – Security is responsible for managing end-to-end security operations at the assigned site, ensuring safety of residents, visitors, employees, assets, and facilities. The role oversees outsourced security manpower, CCTV monitoring, access control, incident management, and compliance with security SOPs to maintain a secure and well-governed environment.
- Manage day-to-day security operations at the site through outsourced security agencies.
- Ensure effective deployment and supervision of security personnel across gates, lobbies, amenities, and critical areas.
- Monitor visitor management, material movement, vehicle control, and access management.
- Oversee CCTV monitoring and access control systems.
- Ensure functionality and upkeep of surveillance equipment and security infrastructure.
- Escalate and resolve security-related observations and breaches.
- Handle security incidents, complaints, emergencies, and investigations.
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, closure, and preventive measures for all incidents.
- Coordinate with local authorities wherever required.
- Conduct routine security audits of gates, common areas, parking zones, and critical infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to security SOPs, site regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
- Support execution of emergency response procedures and evacuation drills.
- Coordinate with Fire & Safety teams during emergencies and mock drills.
- Monitor performance of security agencies and ensure SLA compliance.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Security Management certification preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in Security Operations, Facility Management, Residential Township, Commercial Complex, or Hospitality environments.
