Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior chefs in basic food preparation and cooking under supervision.
- Support in garnishing, plating, and arranging ingredients for service.
- Assist Commi 1, Commi 2, and CDP in daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members for smooth kitchen workflow.
- Take guidance and training from senior chefs to enhance skills.
- Learn and upgrade culinary skills through training and practice.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow FSSAI and internal hygiene standards at all times.
- Adhere to safety guidelines for equipment handling and food storage.
- Take feedback positively and work on improving speed, accuracy, and presentation.
Pay: ₹10,089.28 - ₹16,000.00 per month
