Event Marketing & Brand Activation

Role Overview
Ace Blend is looking for a highly strategic, execution-focused, and managerial professional
to lead the brand’s on-ground events, premium activations, and experiential marketing
initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling large-scale brand
activations, premium events, vendor ecosystems, and operational execution while ensuring
seamless brand representation across all customer touchpoints.
This role requires someone who can independently manage end-to-end event planning, lead
coordination across internal and external stakeholders, oversee event operations at scale,
and drive strong consumer engagement for a fast-growing D2C wellness brand.
Event Strategy & Brand Activations
- Lead and execute end-to-end on-ground events, brand activations, exhibitions, fitness
events, marathons, sampling drives, and premium experiential campaigns
- Develop activation strategies aligned with brand visibility, customer engagement, and
sales objectives
- Handle premium events, high-footfall activations, and large-scale audience engagement
activities
- Ensure strong brand presence, premium execution quality, and customer experience
across all events
Vendor & Operations Management
- Lead vendor identification, negotiations, onboarding, and relationship management
- Coordinate with event agencies, production vendors, venue teams, logistics partners, and
third-party stakeholders
- Manage budgets, quotations, vendor commercials, and event operational planning
- Oversee complete logistics planning including inventory movement, event setup, branding
materials, and sampling requirements
Inventory & Execution Monitoring
- Manage event inventory planning, stock allocation, sampling material distribution, and
asset tracking
- Ensure proper monitoring of event resources, branding elements, and operational
requirements
- Maintain event reports, vendor records, operational sheets, and execution trackers
- Drive process efficiency and maintain operational discipline across all activations
Team Coordination & Leadership
- Coordinate closely with marketing, social media, sales, influencer, and design teams for
smooth campaign execution
- Lead on-ground teams and ensure proper coordination during live events and activations
- Handle crowd management and operational troubleshooting during high-pressure event
environments
- Ensure timely execution and accountability across all stakeholders involved
Brand Content & Social Coordination
- Oversee capturing of event moments, premium experiences, customer interactions,
behind-the-scenes content, stories, and event footage
- Coordinate with content and social media teams for real-time event coverage and brand
amplification
- Ensure all event communication aligns with Ace Blend’s premium brand positioning and
aesthetic standards
Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze activation performance, customer engagement, sampling feedback, and event
effectiveness
- Maintain detailed event MIS, budget tracking, and post-event performance reports
- Track ROI, operational efficiency, footfall engagement, and brand visibility metrics
Requirements
- 2 – 4+ years of experience in Events, Brand Activations, Experiential Marketing, or Event
Operations
- Prior experience in D2C, Wellness, Nutrition, FMCG, Lifestyle, Fitness, or Sports brands
preferred
- Strong experience managing premium events and large-scale activations
- Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and operational coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of event logistics, inventory management, and execution planning
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, reporting, event trackers, and operational management
systems
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Camera-friendly personality and confidence in handling public-facing brand interactions
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure, and highly execution-driven environments
- Comfortable with travelling extensively for events and activations

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
