Role Summary
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and PAN India campus hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle End-to-End Recruitment: JD Posting → Candidate Sourcing → Screening → Interview Coordination → Selection → Onboarding → Closure.
2. Manage PAN India Recruitment requirements.
3. Source and filter candidates through recruitment and sourcing platforms.
4. Coordinate with colleges and placement cells for campus recruitment.
5. Plan and conduct placement drives at colleges and institutions.
6. Travel across PAN India for college visits, placement drives, and recruitment activities.
7. Ensure timely closure of positions and smooth candidate onboarding.
8. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
