Job Responsibilities
- Residential, commercial, and interior architectural projects ka design aur planning karna.
- Concept drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings prepare karna.
- Client requirements ko samajhkar design solutions develop karna.
- Site visits karna aur project execution monitor karna.
- Structural, MEP, and interior teams ke saath coordination karna.
- Building by-laws aur local authority regulations ke according designs prepare karna.
- Material selection, specifications, aur BOQ preparation mein support dena.
- Project timelines aur quality standards maintain karna.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD mein strong proficiency.
- SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, ya 3D visualization software ka knowledge.
- Architectural detailing aur construction drawings ka experience.
- Good communication and client handling skills.
- Site coordination aur project management skills.
- Problem-solving aur design-thinking approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Portfolio of completed projects preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Residential and luxury interior projects.
- Authority approvals and sanction drawings.
- Revit/BIM experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
