We are looking for a professional, dedicated, and result-oriented Arabic candidate to join our team as an Arabic PRO / Government Relations Executive. The ideal candidate should possess strong Arabic and English communication skills, excellent knowledge of government documentation processes, and the ability to handle official responsibilities efficiently and professionally.
The candidate will be responsible for managing government-related procedures, preparing official documents, coordinating with departments, and ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.

Job Responsibilities
- Preparing official letters, documents, and correspondence in Arabic & English.
- Handling online applications, form filling, and submissions through different government portals.
- Managing contract preparation, amendments, renewals, and related documentation.
- Maintaining proper records, filing systems, and document tracking.
- Ensuring timely completion of visa, license, contract, and official renewals.
- Supporting administration and HR-related government procedures.
- Monitoring document expiry dates and updating management regularly.
- Assisting employees with official documentation and government requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Following up on pending applications and approvals with concerned authorities.
- Providing administrative support for company operational requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in KSA government portals and documentation procedures
- Knowledge of labor office, Muqeem, Qiwa, Gosi, Absher, and related portals .
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and document preparation
- Previous experience in PRO or government relations roles will be an added advantage
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Experience in handling Arabic documentation and official correspondence
