About Nyros Futureworks
Nyros Futureworks builds digital products, platforms, brands, and technology experiences for ambitious businesses.
We are looking for a Digital Experience Designer who combines strong visual design, UI/UX, and frontend development to create digital experiences that are beautiful, responsive, performant, and technically well executed.
This is a multidisciplinary design + frontend role.
We expect you to take an experience from concept → design → code → production, rather than simply handing designs over to developers.
What You'll Do
- Design premium websites, landing pages, web applications, and digital products.
- Translate brands into distinctive and cohesive digital experiences.
- Create high-fidelity UI/UX designs, prototypes, and design systems.
- Convert your own designs into clean, responsive, production-ready frontend code.
- Build reusable UI components and maintain visual consistency.
- Ensure accurate implementation of typography, layouts, spacing, interactions, and responsive behaviour.
- Optimize experiences for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams.
- Use AI-assisted design and development workflows to accelerate exploration and execution.
Core SkillsVisual & UI/UX — Essential
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, spacing, hierarchy, grids, color, and visual balance.
- Good UI/UX fundamentals, including user flows, information architecture, and responsive design.
- Proficiency in Figma — Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping.
- Understanding of design systems and reusable components.
- Excellent visual judgment and attention to detail.
Frontend Development — Essential
You must be able to convert your designs into high-quality frontend code.
Working knowledge of:
- HTML5 / CSS3
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- React, Vue, or similar modern frontend frameworks
- Responsive web development
- Component-based architecture
- Reusable UI components
- Git / version control
- Basic API integration
Your implementation should aim to be pixel-accurate, responsive, accessible, performant, maintainable, and production-ready.
Motion & Interaction — Highly Desirable
Motion design is not mandatory, but it is a strong advantage.
Experience or familiarity with GSAP, Lottie, Rive, After Effects, CSS animations, scroll interactions, page transitions, or micro-interactions will make you stand out.
Candidates who can both design and implement interactions will be especially valuable.
Brand & Visual Skills
- Ability to translate a brand identity into a consistent digital visual language.
- Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of imagery, illustration, iconography, 3D, and visual storytelling.
AI & Emerging Technology
We expect designers to be comfortable using AI as part of their creative and development workflow.
Experience with ChatGPT, AI coding assistants, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, AI image tools, or AI-assisted prototyping is an advantage.
We value people who use AI to accelerate exploration and execution without compromising originality or quality.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has:
- Excellent visual taste and design judgment
- Strong UI/UX fundamentals
- Good frontend development capability
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to move from design to implementation
- Understanding of responsive design and web fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Curiosity about technology and emerging digital experiences
- A willingness to learn and continuously improve
Most importantly, you should care about both how an experience looks and how well it works.
Portfolio & Projects
Portfolio is mandatory.
We want to see your strongest work, including where possible:
- Premium websites / digital experiences
- Product or SaaS UI/UX
- Responsive web experiences
- Brand-to-digital experiences
- Design systems
- Interactive experiences
Live website/project links are highly preferred.
GitHub or relevant code samples are a strong advantage.
If you designed and developed a project yourself, clearly indicate your contribution.
Freshers Are Welcome
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Freshers and recent graduates with exceptional portfolios, personal projects, internships, or self-built websites are welcome.
For entry-level candidates, demonstrated ability matters more than years of experience.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Built premium websites from your own designs
- Strong design + frontend capabilities
- Experience with React, Vue, or similar frameworks
- Strong attention to responsive implementation
- Motion and interaction experience
- GSAP / Rive / Lottie
- 3D / WebGL experience
- Experience with SaaS, AI, or technology products
- Strong design-system thinking
- AI-assisted design + development workflows
Education
A degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
However, portfolio quality, demonstrated capability, and real-world projects matter more than formal qualifications.
Why Nyros?
At Nyros, designers work closely with product and engineering teams rather than operating as a separate visual function.

Design × Frontend × Brand × Motion × AI × Technology
and have the opportunity to grow across both creative and technical disciplines.
