Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as QA Cum Implementation Executive. The role involves testing web and mobile applications, identifying and reporting issues, and providing technical support to customers through both online and onsite support.
Key Responsibilities
- Test web and mobile applications and identify bugs or functional issues.
- Prepare and execute basic test cases and verify bug fixes.
- Provide technical support to customers through calls, remote support, and online platforms.
- Provide onsite support to customers when required.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and assist with software usage.
- Coordinate with the development and support teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain bug reports, customer support records, and daily work reports.
- Learn and support ERP and other business applications.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of software testing and web/mobile applications.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and software applications.
- Willingness to travel for onsite customer support when required.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of SQL, manual testing, bug reporting, and ERP applications will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
