Who we are:
We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T) towards future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT’s product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Based on the test requirement, prepare a Flight Test plan, test procedures, Flight Test cards and Flight Readiness Review documents as per industrial standards

Evaluate aircraft Flight Worthiness/Readiness: Work in the recommended manufacturing/flight control areas to prepare a flight ready aircraft

Prepare pre-flight checklists based on test requirements ensure mission readiness and flight safety

Being a flight crew member, get involved in any activities (technical/non-technical) necessary to make a test aircraft airborne.

Closely work with all the Flight Test crew members to identify, track and report any

Flight Test event happening on ground or in air and prepare a debrief report

Work on instrumentation, sensors, data gathering processes and methodologies
Must have skills:

Have good knowledge to interpret aircraft performance & behavior

Have the ability to prepare a Flight Test plan based on the test requirements

Have the ability to identify and develop test cases for performance studies

Have good knowledge of Ground control Station (GCS) software and capable of planning

flight missions based on test requirements

Have the ability to support and manage on-field activities that include aircraft integration and ground testing of

Have ability to work as an Internal Pilot

Situational awareness
- Avionics and Electrical systems

Have the ability to troubleshoot field failures and implement corrections incurring in the

Good to have skills:

Knowledge on FCUs like Pixhawk, MicroPilot, Veronte and relevant systems

Fixed Wing and/or Multirotor platform piloting skills

Basic prototyping/manufacturing skills

Have exposure in aeromodelling activities

Possess good problem-solving, time management, critical thinking and communication skills

Acclimate to the current team culture
Basic Requirement (education & relevant experience):
B.E / B. Tech any relevant degree
