The Role
We are looking for a smart, driven individual to join the Learn2Read team as a Business Development Executive.
The ideal candidate should have a flair for sales, strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused mindset. They should also have at least 3 years of consistent work experience in sales.
Work Details :
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours : 10AM -7 PM
- CTC: Finalized post interviews.
Work Mode
- Remote
- Must have own laptop and stable internet connection
Key Responsibilities
- Understand Learn2Read’s teaching modules in detail
- Call and follow up with leads to enroll them for demo classes
- Collect post-demo feedback and work on conversions
- Assign students to batches and teachers to initiate classes
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain lead data and basic reports using Excel/Google Sheets
Requirements
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Experinced candidate who has at least 3 years of experience in sales( EDTech prefered)
- Strong command of English and Hindi
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with Excel / MS Office
- Strong sales mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
