Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, PT (where applicable), Bonus, Gratuity, and other HR compliances.
- Maintain and administer the organization's HRMS, ensuring accurate employee data and records.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for payroll and compliance activities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, attendance reports, and payroll reconciliations.
- Resolve employee queries related to attendance, payroll, leave, and HR policies.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Support HR audits and compliance inspections as required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
