We are seeking hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort throughout the resort. The ideal candidate will ensure guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are cleaned and prepared to high hospitality standards while providing excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies, and public areas.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies and amenities.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas regularly.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to supervisors.
- Ensure all housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials are used safely and stored properly.
- Respond politely and promptly to guest requests.
- Maintain cleanliness standards according to resort policies and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with laundry and linen management when required.
- Follow safety and infection control procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
- Basic communication skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
