We are hiring for a Restaurant Manger for an International Brand at Kozhikode .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Achieve sales, profitability, and cost control targets.
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and statutory requirements.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Diploma holder.
- 3–5 years of experience in the QSR or hospitality industry, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹57,000.00 per month
