Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented person to sale & promote our programs i.e. B.Voc & Corporate training in Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying leads, conducting outreach, ability to connect with prospective corporate, industry clients, stakeholders, decision-makers and drive business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential industry partners and leads through various platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, focusing on decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Initiate outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and virtual meetings to introduce WISE offerings.
- Conduct cold outreach, inside sales, email campaigns, and networking initiatives & schedule meetings .
- Qualify leads based on strategic fit, scale potential, and long‑term alignment.
- Present business proposals, follow up with clients to drive conversions and close business opportunities and sign MOU with clients
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in tracking systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to partnership & Business development.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
· Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
· 2–7 years of experience in partnership development, sales, business development, or client acquisition roles
· Good experience in B2B sales, Institutional partnerships, Education / EdTech business development and corporate outreach.
· Strong research and prospecting capability.
· Strong sales aptitude with a solution‑oriented mindset.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
· Result‑driven, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently.
Good analytical and follow‑up skills.
