Job Role: Management Trainee – Influencer Marketing
Experience: Freshers (6 months)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Influencer Marketing Management Trainee to support our influencer campaigns and brand collaborations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, creator ecosystems, brand partnerships, and digital trends. The trainee will assist in influencer identification, campaign execution, coordination, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and research relevant influencers based on campaign requirements, audience fit, and engagement metrics.
- Coordinate with influencers for campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
- Support in influencer onboarding, negotiations, and relationship management.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers.
- Stay updated with industry trends, creator insights, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as content, brand solutions, and social media for seamless execution.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of campaign reporting and influencer analytics tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- Freshers with internships in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
