Domestic IT Recruitment Consultant
Location: Azhagiyamandapam
A Domestic IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for clients or internal projects within the country. The recruiter acts as a bridge between candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely and successful placements.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Understanding Job Requirements
- Gather and analyze job requirements from hiring managers.
- Understand technical skills, experience levels, and project needs.
- Candidate Sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
- Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls.
- Assess candidates' technical skills, communication abilities, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Relationship Management
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Provide updates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Offer Management
- Discuss compensation expectations and negotiate salary packages.
- Coordinate offer release, acceptance, and onboarding activities.
- Recruitment Process Management
- Track recruitment activities using ATS or recruitment tools.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Market Research
- Stay updated on current IT technologies, skill demands, salary trends, and market conditions.
- Analyze competitor hiring trends and talent availability.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all recruitment processes follow company policies and guidelines.
- Maintain candidate documentation and hiring records.
