Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sofas, recliners, dining sets, and home furnishing products.
- Explain product features, materials, designs, and benefits confidently.
- Convert walk-in enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and quotations.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure a professional showroom appearance.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Handle premium and luxury customers professionally.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good customer handling ability.
- Presentable personality and professional attitude.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and provide suitable recommendations.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
