Job Responsibilities * Perform badminton racket stringing according to customer requirements. * Learn and operate badminton stringing machines properly. * Understand different types of strings, string tensions, and stringing patterns. * Inspect rackets before and after stringing to ensure quality. * Handle customer rackets carefully and safely. * Maintain the stringing machine, tools, strings, and work area. * Assist customers with basic guidance on string selection and tension. * Maintain records of stringing orders and completed work. * Support other store operations when required.
Requirements * Interest in badminton and sports equipment is preferred. * Previous badminton racket stringing experience is **not mandatory**. * Basic knowledge of badminton rackets is an advantage. * Willingness to learn new skills and techniques. * Attention to detail and ability to handle products carefully. * Responsible and committed to work.
Training **Complete training will be provided.** Candidates without prior experience in badminton racket stringing are welcome to apply. We will provide training on racket handling, stringing machines, string tension, string types, and professional badminton racket stringing techniques. **Freshers can also apply.**
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
