Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Corporate Sales Manager for our Commercial Real Estate division. The candidate will be responsible for handling corporate clients, generating business opportunities, managing commercial property transactions, and driving revenue growth through office space, retail, warehouse, and commercial property leasing/sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate corporate leads for commercial office spaces, retail shops, warehouses, and other commercial properties
- Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, channel partners, and business owners
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable commercial property solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and site visits
- Handle end-to-end sales/leasing process from inquiry to deal closure
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for conversions and repeat business
- Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams for property availability and documentation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain database and MIS reports for leads and closures
- Stay updated with commercial real estate market trends and competitor activities

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales
- Experience in office leasing, retail leasing, or commercial property sales preferred
- Candidates with existing corporate network will be an added advantage
