We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically oriented Intern/ fresher to join our dynamic Financial Operations team in Bengaluru. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for matching financial transactions, verifying internal data against bank statements, Internal reports ,other relevant reports and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Verification: Match and reconcile daily transactions (bank statements, Partner reports ,internal ledgers, Payment gateways) with accuracy.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify, investigate, and escalate unmatched transactions or variances in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all reconciliation processes and supporting documents.
- Reporting: Assist the senior team members in preparing end-of-day, weekly, or month-end reconciliation reports.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments and banking partners to clear outstanding items.
- Compliance: Follow company accounting policies and data security protocols during data processing.
This shall be team role; hence excellent team player attitude is expected.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com), BBA (Finance),

Experience: 0–1 year of relevant work experience, internships, or academic projects involving accounting principles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel). Familiarity with ERP is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to correspond with vendors and internal teams.
