Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance applications.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Develop reusable frontend components using React.js.
- Work with MongoDB database design, optimization, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and project managers to deliver quality solutions.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Use Git for version control and collaborate with the development team.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
- Understanding of responsive web design.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MERN Stack Development.
- Experience with Next.js, Redux, TypeScript, or cloud platforms is an added advantage.
